At Ramgarhia Gurdwara Sahib Pangani the Matrimonial Committee provides a unique service, introducing local Sikh families in search for a partner for their son or daughter. We provide a relaxed and friendly environment making meeting families an easy an enjoyable process.
Gurmaat Paatshala
The Gurdwara offers a Punjabi School service. The Purpose of the classes are to encourage every child to achieve an all-around personality development in relation to Sikh values. To provide the awareness to every child of social, cultural and moral values of the Sikh religion through discussion in organized groups, Leisure activities and sports activities.
Classes take place on Saturdays from 2.00 pm
Library
The Library of East African Ramgarhia Board is one of its kind within the region. The library consists of well preserved old and historical publications. The Library housed within the Ramgarhia Youth Association centre is a must visit place at Ramgarhia Gurdwara Sahib Pangani.
Welfare
The Welfare committee are available to support any Sikh Family/or Sikh Individual that requires any assistance or guidance to resolve a wide range of issues/challenges
Gurmat Sangeet
Gurmat Sangeet or Shabad Kirtan has been an integral part of Sikh worship from the very beginning. Hymn-singing was in fact the earliest form of devotion for the Sikhs. Even in the time of Guru Nanak, the disciples assembled together to listen and sing shabads, i.e. hymns composed by the Guru and thus to render praise to the Lord. Kirtan has since been appropriated into the regular gurdwara service. Praise is offered to the Supreme being who is without form (nirankar) and not to a deity in any embodiment or incarnation.
